Living with Mobee
Our apartments come fully furnished for your convenience. However, if you wish to bring some of your furniture, please consult with our team to ensure it complies with our guidelines.
We understand the importance of pets in your life, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our apartments at this time.
While there is no strict curfew, we kindly ask residents to be considerate of their neighbors, especially during nighttime hours.
Yes, residents are welcome to have guests. However, we request that guests are accompanied by the resident when using the building’s amenities.
Yes, Mobee provides laundry facilities for residents’ convenience. You’ll find washing and drying machines available for use.
In the event of a maintenance issue, our dedicated management team and skilled maintenance professionals are available around the clock to promptly address and resolve any problems.
Residents are provided with access cards for entry to the building and their apartments. Additionally, we offer a convenient mobile app for access.

Our apartments come fully furnished for your convenience. However, you may want to bring personal items such as clothing, toiletries, and any specific kitchenware to suit your preferences. We provide one set of bed linen and a basic kitchen set to get you started.
We have a professional cleaning team that takes care of all the common areas in the building, ensuring they are kept clean and inviting for our residents. If you prefer, we also offer optional cleaning services for individual apartments at an additional cost.
Payments
For most bookings, we accept bank transfers as the primary method of payment. However, if you’re booking for shorter terms, credit card payments are also accepted for your convenience.
To book your Mobee apartment, you’ll need to make two upfront payments:
An initial payment equal to half of the first month’s rent secures your reservation.
A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is also required and will be refunded upon check-out.
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for both parties:
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of making the reservation, you’ll receive a full refund.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the first month’s rent and the full deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
